Return and Exchange Conditions

If the product you purchased from is faulty, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Following this information, the faulty product you send us with the courier company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error occurred due to customer use or if the product has been used within 14 days, the product will not be returned or exchanged.  

The product to be returned; Please send the invoice, original box and package together with all accessories sent via Aras Kargo with counter payment.

For promotional products, only size changes are made, no refunds can be made.

As per the conditions of product return and replacement, the practices are essential in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection.

If you want to make a change, the above mentioned return conditions are valid and you must specify the product code, quantity and size information of the products you have sent to the section in the Return / Exchange area and you want to change. You can send it against us for exchanges. When the product is sent back to you by exchange, the shipping fee is reflected to you at a discount.

The entire amount of the product you have purchased in installments is returned to your credit card, but the refund of the refund by your bank is reflected on your credit card in installments.
